Last year Sausage Tree Camp did a trial run, where they provided private guiding to all guests at no additional charge. The system worked so well, that extra guides have been taken on, to ensure that all guests are guaranteed a private guide throughout their stay.

Zambia has been declared a yellow fever-free zone by the World Health Organization (WHO). The Zambia Department of Home Affairs is now seeking to eliminate the requirement for visitors to the country having to present yellow fever certificate when leaving the country.
